Complaints
Any complaints regarding product quality must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. To register a complaint, please contact us via WhatsApp at the provided number. If the issue is verified as genuine, our team will arrange for a replacement.
Refund Policy
Once an order is processed and delivered, refunds are generally not provided. However, we understand that exceptional situations may occur. Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
Non-delivery of the product:
If the order is prepaid and, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to deliver the product, the full amount paid will be refunded.
Major Defects
All products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a product with major defects or damage, please notify our Quality Support Team within 24 hours of delivery. Upon verification, the product will be replaced.
Product Not as Described
If the product received does not match the description provided on our website, please report the issue within 12 hours of delivery, along with supporting evidence. If the claim is validated, the refund will be processed within 72 hours.
Order Cancellation
Order cancellations after confirmation are not encouraged. In case of online payments, approved refunds (if applicable) will be credited back to the original bank account within 72 hours.
